    The GPs, nurses or phlebotomists and pharmacists are all very professional, however, the booking of appointments is really bad. Received booking links from messages for online booking; but that system actually can’t make any bookings as there were no time slots available in the 2-week period even I tried the booking immediately after received the message. Then I tried several times within the 7-day validity, but I was unsuccessful each time. At the end, I still need to call the GP to make an appointment by phone. Though the receptionist confirmed a telephone consultation appointment initially, but soon she called back and changed to another date, telling me that there will be a confirmation message send to my phone. But the confirmation message was confusing: “Confirmation of appointment on 19 Feb 2024 09:00 at Modality Partnership - Bellevue Medical Centre. For queries phone 01217288540.” It sounded that it was a face to face appointment, but actually it was still a phone consultation. You know it took me to prepare a lot to take my 93-year-old dad to ho there by 0900. It was the wonderful Pharmacist n GP who were able to squeeze a time slot for seeing my dad in person.

    Tried to order repeat prescription - medication not listed on my NHS repeat prescription list Went to surgery to request prescription and explained I was running out of medication. No action taken. Still no medication and no information or contact from surgery

    To me an email contact over health concerns would be far more useful than a”rating experience”. These days email is a consistent and documented link which is vastly superior to telephone contact. It also allows a patient to be very clear about concerns, dates, follow ups and symptoms. It would also make ongoing treatment or treatment recommendations far clearer.

    I came to this center to get information about my children's vaccines. The appointment was held without delay. The general doctor patiently and carefully checked the previous vaccines. The medical center was clean, neat and orderly. Thank you for all these good events, but I have two criticisms. 1- I am not fluent in English and I would like to be able to talk to the doctor or the receptionist through an interpreter. This was the fourth time I visited this center, but unfortunately, no interpreter was assigned to me in any of them. 2- I had delivered my children's vaccination card to the medical center a month ago so that the doctor could translate and check it with the help of an interpreter, but unfortunately this was not done and the doctor and I did it today without the help of an interpreter. This was very difficult and we may have made mistakes.

    My first visit as a patient as I have just moved from Hong Kong to the United Kingdom. Very friendly staff, professional and reassuring. I went for my blood tests and general health questions as I am new to the United Kingdom. I happened to also feel under the weather. I got a phone consultation checking on me soon after when I left the clinic. Happy with the staff and their support and have attended to me quickly. I called on Monday saying I am new and they gave me an appt for Thursday - today. Fantastic.

    We have been with Bellevue since it took over the Hyman practice on Bath Row. Was terribly unimpressed with it. N was considering looking for another practice to go to. Changed my mind. The practice has improved very significantly. Very pleased I didn’t leave.
