1) Booked a phone contact to discuss results take 3 months ago. Agreed with reception to have 5pm after my work had finished. Waited, no call. Called into the practice to find the reception staff had made an appointment for 9.00am having stated I couldn't do that time. Several weeks later eventually got results. 2) Made an appointment with nurse 4 weeks ago. Turned up 10 minutes before appointment couldn't book in. Unfortunately didn't make reception aware there was a problem. Waited in nurse area, but no one came to check. Once realised there was a problem spoke to reception. By this stage had missed appointment. Have now had to make another appointment for June time. To add insult to injury have now received a text message stating that if I am not going to turn up for an appointment I should cancel it.

Told to use the online consultation: if they open it you get a text advising an appointment in 2 months time. Then call the surgery and explain it needs to be sooner to then be told by the receptionist I can’t have one sooner (she wouldn’t even look to see if there was one sooner) as I’ve been triaged and it’s “not important enough” to have an appointment sooner and I need to call at 8am (with the rest of the town) to get an on the day appointment. When I do this I get I told I don’t need an on the day appointment as it’s not urgent, to which I agree, however 2 months is not ok. I’ve been seen by several drs about the same thing and get told contradictory things every time. Really unhelpful staff and drs.

Asked for urgent Appointments and got a phone consultation for a week later. Finally got to talk to a doctor who said I needed a blood test. Been on hold for 50 mins as caller number one trying to book it! Receptionists are generally rude and doctors are just as bad.

After entering consultation room and 15 min of talking when it was very hard for me to open up about my problem I was told that I need to leave as she (GP) doesn't have time to listen to me as she needs to go to pick child up from school. It was very hard for me to open up, after my visit was left very embarrassed. It looks GP didn't care at all. Very disappointed

Tried to call today to cancel an appointment in a week's time, but left on hold for 30 mins while always being "caller number 2 in the queue". I think it's safe to say that I was not caller number 2 in any queue as queues have a habit of moving, and how on earth could 1 person supposedly ahead of me take 30 minutes to make an appointment call? Therefore, just as the last time I called a few years ago, the reception/admin staff seem to have the same care for professionalism, such answering phones to cancel appointments.

Used Dr iqtoday had a call late afternoon. Dr was really nice on the phone resulted in putting my mind at ease and prescription sent to my pharmacy to be delivered massive thank you to all concerned

Been on hold for over 20 mins as caller number 1. Noone has answered and now the practice has closed. Was meant to have a Dr call me today and they didn't. Was waiting for that appointment for a month.

Tried app to book appointment as requested but not working, tried calling surgery 20 mins at 3rd caller. Called NHS direct who got me a appointment at a differant practice 20 minutes from Beggawood.The follow up appointment was again tried to book at beggawood and again sent to another practice. What's to point of a local Doctors surgery that always looks empty when you walk past ?. What are doing in there play candycrush...cause no one can get seen in there

The receptionists at this surgery should not be dealing with the public. They are so rude it’s disgusting. How are they getting away with this behaviour. I call the surgery to make appointment to speak to a doctor. I do not like being spoken to like a bit of rubbish. They should not being doing the job if they can’t even find themselves able to be decent to other human beings in need of help.

Don’t bother trying to call this surgery. They don’t bother to answer. Staff are rude when you complain about the fact that they don’t answer.
