This doctors is the worse doctors I've ever delt with, they don't listen to what you have to say and can't rush you out the door quick enough. My mothers health is deteriorating and every time we try to get though to them they just send her off with Antibiotics and tell me I don't know what I'm taking about or I don't understand. I understand the NHS is stretched and over worked but I also think when you are face to face with a patient they should have your full attention in that appointment but yet all I hear is this is all we can do. That's even if she can get an appointment after ringing over 47 times. I find the people that work in this practice are very rude. I would personally avoid this practice at all cost.

It is the worst GP in bolton I experienced. They always ask if you need a appointment call us at 8am. When you call them they does not bother to pick it up. And if you call them after 9 or 10am then they will said they just give appointments at 8am calls. When I said to them, I think I should change my gp and they said directly yes you should change your gp. We are not here to listen your problems with us. This is not for first time. They never arrange a appointment for you to any hospital. I get my eye checkup appointment by get reffering lettre from optician but my gp did'nt arrange a appointment for hospital. Mainly the lady on phone is too rude even when she pick up the call.
