I was advised by the GP that he would be sending me some talking therapy links, still not received them! Not happy that you go to a call centre now to book an appointment rather than speaking to a member of staff at the practice. Very impersonal and more like a business is being run! I rang and asked for an appointment today, I was asked what was the appointment for I said Mental Health and was then told no appointments until the 8th November. I was asked to explain more about my symptoms, I said I'd rather not thankyou and was told because I wasn't willing to go into my personal Mental health issues with a non medical member of staff then they couldn't offer anything sooner, then advised to ring out of hours or ring at 0800 hrs in the morning see if they had any appointments. This was not helpful. I am now attending A & E to clogg their services up with something that is not A & E suitable because I am at my witts end and need help!!!!! Thanks again Beefold Medical Centre

Visiting the Doctors today the service I received was exemplary. The Dr took time to listen, act upon and give a through examination . He was polite , professional and caring towards his patient. His time was spent ensuring that I understood everything he was doing 100% . Even getting referred to hospital was perfect. The receptionist was as usual very complimentary and helpful first class service. We are quick to complain , not so when we get good service. Well done to you all

is to much trouble to ask the doctor to sign two items at once when the ordered when the percriptions were ordered on Thursday 5th January and only one had got to boots Tuesday 10th January so a 80 yrs man had to trail back when the doctor decided to sign the other

Always answer the phones. Helpful staff who will do their best for you. Need consistency with GPs mainly locums. However the locums have been excellent
