Today I received text to say ring to make an appointment for your flu jab. After waiting twice for 20 plus minutes to reach front of queue selected option to make appointment and nobody answered. If won”t answer phone why ask me to call. Need to get you act in order.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you weren't able to get through to us today. I recommend calling after 11am for flu appointments. We have appointments still available at the moment. If you would like to try us again by telephone our lines are not too busy at the moment (4.35pm). Alternatively, you can contact us via our website with your request for a flu appointment and we will contact you with a date. See the Appointment Page on our website and the link about half way down - Contact Us Online - Submit a New Request. I had to visit this surgery today and was pestered by one staff member on the matter of wearing a face mask. This was two weeks after an NHS England decree (08/06/22) stated 'patients visiting GP surgeries or hospital outpatients appointments no longer need to wear masks'.
