Test result marked as void although done in surgery in container that I had to virtually beg for even though gp had said to ask. Sample put in the pouch given by reception placed in grey bin at front door as requested before 11am only for sample to be voided as "sample rejected as in unsuitable container " . Service poor on arrival too. Such a shame as the Dr was sooo kind patient and understanding.

We understand how frustrating it must have been for your test result to be voided despite following the instructions provided. On this occasion the sample to be voided as the sample rejected is unsuitable container is a known comments from the pathology testing laboratories in relation to your container the sample was sent into the labs. I am unable investigate further due to no Patients identifiable data has been shared by you to be able to carry out any investigations on this matter.
