   It’s so hard to get an appointment, can’t get to see the gp just wait for a call back which sometimes no call back at all, we just go to walk in centre instead but since we need a referral for other specialist it’s so hard to obtain one because it’s so hard to reach the GP

   “ Thank you for your comment and we are extremely sorry to hear that you have had a cause for concern. We offer same day emergency appointments which are limited, booked on the day on first come first serve basis. However, for routine or non-urgent matters, we also offer pre-bookable appointments. We would be more than happy to assist you, please feel free to call us and speak to a member of reception team.”
