The reception staff listen, provide advice if required and do their best to provide appointments when urgently required. The doctors are always polite, listen, explain any course of action needed and the expected outcome. Their communication is so good, you feel involved and this gives you confidence in their assessment.

The ladies at the reception area were assistive and polite. They answers all our inquiries as we are filling out the registration forms.

Thank you to the staff at Bearwood medical centre for listening to my needs and accommodating for them as soon as possible. I needed a letter for university and the GP and her secretary fast-tracked it for me which was really appreciated. When I needed an amendment on the letter, I got an appointment booked less than a week after, and again, the new letter was ready for me in less than 48 hours. The GP's are lovely and thorough in all of my experiences with them, and the admin staff and secretaries are so friendly and professional and do absolutely everything that they can for the patients. I feel confident going back to my GP for any future concerns and I recommend to others

The last 4 to 5 months I have been dealing with some gastrointestinal issues. As my condition gets worse, the understanding in this practice is non existing and the medical advice poor. The GP has only recommended pills and referred some tests, and for one of these tests they lost the sample. And when you call for an emergency appointment at 9am all they can tell you is why you didn’t call at 8am and there is nothing we can do why you don’t go to the emergencies. Very professional response. Well not only I am going to the hospital if I want to be treated properly but changing GP too. There was a rough start by losing my registering application but the insufficient service keeps going.
