My general experience of the practice is very positive. The present review relates to an episode of Minor Surgery that took place on Tuesday, 20th January at 1.00 pm. Both of the staff present were extremely caring and skilful in carrying out the necessary procedures, including a clear explanation of what was involved. At the end I was given full instructions, orally and in writing, about how to deal with the treated area over the next few days and was provided with sterile dressings, in case of need. Finally, I was offered a hot drink, for which I was grateful but declined. The entire experience was of the highest quality.

Very caring and professional. Put me at ease from walking through the door. Explained procedure clearly. Called me after leaving to ensure I had information and follow up not required. An excellent service and excellent staff.

Second time attending for minor surgery. The two nurses that attended to me made me feel relaxed and positive. I have had minor surgery in hospital before but have never felt so relaxed and positive like here at Beacon practice. Thank you.

Excellent team -- A very good service putting me at ease from the start, professional approach with explanations of the procedure. Then a brochure to take away to read at leisure -- topped off with a chocolate. Now thats service xx

I attended Minor Surgery Service on the 06/09/2022 to have a mole removed on my chest. The 2 ladies where amazing - I was a little nervous when I entered however, they calmed me right down and made me feel at ease. They where so lovely and distracting that before I knew it, she was finished! I was that shocked I said "Really? that quick?" These 2 lovely ladies are such a credit to the surgery - amazing staff and I even left with a little choccy! Thank you ladies - you're fabulous!

I recently just had surgery to remove a 20 year old sist. Which I didn't think could be done in doctors. I had 3 lovely nurses that where great to get on with and the nurse doing the surgery was amazing and very good at her job. I would highly recommend if anyone else needs this doing. Great work.

Absolutely fantastic the two ladies and student nurse who done my minor op today. so relaxed and kept me relaxed and were so helpful with my nerves. extremely professional

I attended the minor surgery on 20 Sept 2022. I was understandably nervous but the two ladies put me at ease straight away. They explained the procedure clearly and chatted away to take my mind off what was happening. I was amazed when they said “you are done.” I didn’t feel a thing. I would fully recommend this minor surgery unit. Thanks ladies.
