Absolutely shocking. Had a endoscopy and found out i have a bacterial infection in my stomach, In hospital being discharged, nurse rings the practice to arrange my prescription, receptionist rudely puts the phone down on her, while trying to sort my medication. Went to the practice tried to arrange my antibiotics only to be rudely told we are busy everyone else is waiting also, then the receptionist turns round and says why don't you go the walk in er I've just come back from the hospital having an endoscopy with my results saying urgent needs antibiotics to be told go the walk in, Absolutely disgusting attitude from the receptionist I strongly recommend no one registers with this practice...

I had a cyst removed at Ormskirk clinic this morning. I was impressed with the professional and kind care given throughout the procedure. Explained well both before the procedure and after care.

Despite the lovely reception staff, the surgery has the most useless appointment system. You cannot make an appointment with a gp, you can only get one by calling the surgery from 8am each day. I have rung the surgery 32 times so far this morning and still not been able to get through. As I work 40 miles away, I have to take time off to try and get an appointment, which is a waist of my holidays. So, unless you are unemployed or retired, try and find another surgery.

We have recently changed our appointment system and our phone system so if there are still problems it would be really good to learn about these. 5 star performance from me. My minor op was probably only about 3 weeks after I reported it to my GP so there was a surprisingly short wait. I was seen at the allotted time and the two members of staff immediately put me at ease. The procedure was explained to me and the process of getting stitches removed later was also discussed. This gave me confidence that this was a straightforward minor op and that the team knew what they were doing. 10 days later and the stitches have been removed without any problems and infections and a very neat piece of work too.

I had an appointment with the minor Ops team for a mole removal this week. The two ladies that did my appointment were extremely friendly and helped put my worries at ease.

Had a mole removed today was talked through the procedure and put at ease it was all done very quickly I was given advice on aftercare and two dressing I would recommend this practice All very friendly staff

I had a cyst removed today the staff was very reassuring and professional they talked everything through with me in depth and made me feel at ease. The atmosphere and the calming music in the room made it a pleasant and relaxing experience. Thank you for a very professional service.

Had a mole removed yesterday, was very nervous and nearly cancelled but was welcomed warmly, set completely at ease by the friendly staff. Whole process was pain-free and over in under a minute! Aftercare explained thoroughly, was even given a chocolate in the cute aftercare package. Couldnt be happier with the service.

I was most impressed by the professionalism and level of care shown by the team on my recent visit. The practitioner explained clearly what would happen & carried out the procedure efficiently.The whole team made me feel comfortable during my visit. Thank you.

Tried for two days to get a appointment could not get one even tho in extreme pain and blood sugar running extremely high due to being type 1 diabetic was told so many days in the run there was no appointments that was ring first thing in the morning and going in to the clinic at. 8.15. Even when going in to sugary was told no appointments and it's not a emergency maybe try walk in centre. Then needed a sick note of doctor this took another three day to speak to someone then they could not find were the sick note was sent too. Few days after they had to phone got my child repeat prescription and was told he needed to speak to some one before they could do it. Prescription line transferred me to main line and I have now been on the line for over snd hour I am writing this review as I wait. I don't know how you get an appointment in this surgery have not seen a doctor in years have seen nurse. I honestly put off having anything to do with this doctors other then ordering prescription we usually use the option of walk in centres or a and e. Try 111 when trying to get a appointment and they told me to contact the gp surgery. Just at wits end with surgery.
