    I received a call from a lovely GP, who explained I should really see someone. Organised a trainee for about 20 minutes later. Wish I hadn't bothered, felt like I shouldn't have taken his time up. Said I had been diagnosed with Heart Failure, maybe they could change my meds, he would speak to his colleague and get back to me. Hasn't yet, felt like I shouldn't have wasted his time, never ever had anyone at anybody the surgeries talk to me like that, I'm not a child.

    I have once again struggled to get advice from the surgery, when having urgent health problems. I had been taken to A&E twice with breathing problems, both times involving an overnight stay. Medication was changed, after ten days on it I decided one maybe causing the issues to flare up again, as suggested by the medicines team, once the GP had seen the hospital reports. This morning I suffered the same symptoms as I was taken to A&E with, I decided to call the doctors as I suspected it was the medication we had discussed the day before, causing problems, eventually I got a nice lady, who said she'd arrange an urgent call back, why has this service got worse over the nearly 24 years we have lived here, trying to get an appointment with the GPs that actually have seen me before is impossible.

    I was recently moved to BMG after a change of address and unfortunately have had to use the service a fair few times over the past 2 years due to a couple of health issues. I can’t praise them enough! They do a fantastic job in the ever expanding demanding environment that they work! Thank you to all the staff!

  4. Review titled Went for blood test

    Went for blood test to confirm a condition that is causing me considerable stress and pain. Still not herd back 9 days after second test I am now very disappointed with the service
