A lovely shop, with a very friendly and thoughtful team who made sure my daughter had everything she needed and was at ease getting her injection. A stand out pharmacy

I have been with this surgery for 2 years and I have never struggled to get through to the reception team. The reception team are always helpful and caring. When attending appointments they have been on time and the doctors and nurses have been calm and professional.

I recently registered with this practice having finally become utterly exasparated with my previous one. I am so glad I did. The staff at Bawtry and Blyth are very helpful, friendly and approachable, and efficient, and a "can do" attitude seems to prevail. The online appointment booking system is user-friendly and actually seems to work. It is so welcome to be able to view the availability of time slots with each of the individual GPs and to be able to actually book a future appointment for non-urgent or non-acute conditions. The whole practice seems to be run very efficiently. I wish I hadn't waited so long to change - I should have done this years ago. I now have peace of mind in that on the rare occasion I need to seek medical attention, I will be able to do so with a minimum of fuss.
