    I phoned earlier today to try and make an appointment for my son but after 20 minutes of waiting to speak to reception,I hung up. My son has currently been on hold to the practice for 19 minutes and is still only caller number 3. I understand how busy the phone lines are but instead of recorded messages saying that appointments can be booked online (completely inaccurate) would it be possible just to record a message saying if all standard appointments for that day have been taken, so that people aren't left hanging on indefinitely?

    Phoned 111 at 10am Saturday night for an appointment at Bath street for my sick child.Got a call from a nurse at 8.50am Monday morning. Ha ha ha what a joke? Told her I had sorted it myself and taken him to a&e. The NHS are wasting their own money!
