Rang at 11.30 this morning,sent requested photos, received an appointment for later the same day. Saw a lovely registrar GP who was very patient and thorough with my brother. Can't fault the staff. From the first call with the receptionist to seeing the Dr, efficient and friendly service 10/10

I have (unfortunately) had reason to seek medical advice at short notice on more than one occasion recently and each time the receptionists have been lovely. I have always been able to see, or at least speak to the doctor on the same day. And the doctors have been great too. This week I needed a constant referral. It was written and printed by the secretary while I was in surgery. So no complaints from me about lack of access to GP services. Well done everybody at Barton Family Practice!

Recieved excellent advice over the phone, you can generally get an appointment or a call back from a doctor/nurse if needed. A shout out to the good receptionists that work there!

Excellent service today from the practice. I received a hospital letter this morning recommending a change in treatment. Less than 30 minutes after dropping a copy of the letter into the practice I received a text to say my prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. Many thanks for such prompt action.

The team at Barton are always accommodating and responsive, they are always kind and have the patient’s best interest at heart. We feel so lucky to have this practice as our village surgery! Friendly service and never feels like ‘too much’. Highly recommend!
