    I recently had a face-to-face appointment with a doctor. They were a very nice, caring doctor who addressed my issues and arranged an x-ray. At the time the doctor said they would call me to discuss the results. After 2 weeks I thought it strange that I had had no phone call. So by chance I looked on my NHS app. There were the results and my x-ray showed Osteoarthritis in C5, 6 and 7. It also suggested a referral to Musculoskeletal clinic. Being quite computer literate I looked under referrals and booked myself in for a phone consultation. I have since looked back on my app and the words "patient informed" have been added. To date I have not had any contact from either my doctor or the surgery, which leaves me wondering: A) if I was less computer savvy how would I have found out? and B) what do I do in the meantime to help my condition before speaking with the Musculoskeletal clinic? I am disappointed that my doctor hasn't made contact, if only to reassure me that there are things I can do to help my pain, headaches etc associated with this condition.

    I was not feeling well. I called at 0800. I was in a queue of 6. When I got to the front, I was treated with curtesy and understanding. I was asked to await a call. I explained that I have no signal, but can receive emails. About 30mins later an email arrived with the offer of an appointment that morning. I attended, and was seen early. My problem was diagnosed and treated. This is a superb service. I am enormously grateful, thank you.

    We have lived in this area for the last 8 years and have had nothing but the best service from this practice. The doctors, nurses and all the staff are amazing. Thank you for all your help.

    Have been seeing Practice Nurse SNz since had major surgery for help with wound care. Very supportive, helpful and a credit to the practice.
