A massive thank you for all the care, compassion and support throughout the final weeks of my grandad’s life. Dr took the time to come and visit us at home twice before his sudden passing and even telephoned my Nan before her holiday upon hearing the news to check-in. She has always gone above and beyond her duties to reassure their worries throughout their registration at the surgery. Another lady on reception (won’t allow me to include names) has always been a wonderful, understanding and familiar voice to my grandparents over the years and has always made the time to stop and speak to them. Nothing ever seems too much trouble for the staff there and I hope they get the recognition they deserve, especially in times like these where the NHS system is on its knees.

I saw a brilliant Dr today at Bartley Green Medical Practice and he was absolutely brilliant with my baby girl. I've seen him a few times now and his always been great with her tried to make her smile and is always thorough and helps her. He was great with everyone friendly, polite and always explains thing clearly.

Visited with my six year old for a review. Doctor had spoke to my son throughout and involved him in all discussions. This practice has improved so much over the past 12months. Thankyou so much for showing amazing care and compassion.

I am very pleased with the consultation my son had this afternoon. The doctor confirmed my son had nothing to worry about such as diabetes which was my concern and was very reassuring and thoroughly checked him over. Prescribed some more antibiotics and was keen to review him in 48 hours if no improvements.

The doctor my son saw has been with the practice 9 months. He listened, made him feel at ease, was informative, allowed my son to be active in his choices for his treatment and explained the plan going forward. My son is diagnosed ASD and ADHD. To have a doctor put him at such ease, shows what a great doctor he is.

I had a male doctor for my son's appointment and due to the reason for the and the information given to me I was able to go out and learn more about what is happening to my child. I had previously see another doctor from another GP practice due to lack of appointments at the time. I left that appointment with questions and barely any answers. So this time I was walking out with answers.

I recently visited my GP, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable right away. The waiting area was clean and well-organized, which eased my nerves. When it was my turn, the doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions patiently. I appreciated how thorough the examination was and the clear explanations provided about my treatment options. Overall, the professionalism and care shown by the GP and their team made for a positive visit. I left feeling reassured and well-informed about my health.

dr abbar is wonderful the way he speaks and treats his patiences are brilliant should be more doctors like him thank you for making me feel a ease with my kids and just being so wonderful and calm with us and reminding me im doing a good job!! so are you i would like to add your an amazing doctor and im greatful for are experiance here today 3/10/2024
