I am very pleased to be able to say what a very helpful practice Bartley Green is. From the receptionists, nurses, secretary and especially the Dr's. I am made to feel comfortable by everyone concerned with my calls, visits and treatments. 5*rating.

I cannot fault the service provided by this practice. Everyone works together to help. I have really been pleased with them always able to get advice from doctors or face to face appointments. Receptionists always friendly.

Having under gone an operation very recently and having post operative complications, having turned to A&E for assistance, not getting the aftercare from my operation hospital. I felt the necessity to phone my Doctor at the surgery for help and assistance. Can I say I felt elated by the responce from the doctor, very caring, supportive and apologetic regarding the below standard NHS care I had received and wrote immediately to the trust nhs consultant, arranging a District nurse consultation and additional medication. Withina few hrs, I was contacted by the hosp concerned arranging pre op responsibility. Can I thank the practice receptionists and Doctor for their professionalism, swift action and concern for my wellbeing.
