Had an appointment, requested a sick note after 2 days I was told the clinicians were very busy and have not had time to look at my case. I asked reception who I need to speak to regrading this, the only answer I got was we will try and sort it out today but can't promise anything! I asked who I can speak to regarding this but was refused this information. I have gad 2 appointments with the clinic, and have both have been very good, but it seems out of sight, out of mind and the admin staff seem to want you off the phone asap. I will be looking for a new clinic!

Appalling wait times. Had over 90 mins waiting from my appointment time. Used to be a great surgery the but lack of patient care, feeling fobbed off and the long wait times puts you off using them.

I’ve had great experiences both in the practice and via the phone. I spoke to a lovely young lady on the phone to discuss a prescription and how to collect and she made it so easy for me, she was extremely helpful and knew exactly what she was doing and made sure everything was clear and easy for both myself and my dad. Thank you to this practice for everything, make sure you continue what you’re doing!

I have moved a lot for my career so experienced many GPs. The telephone is answered, non-intrusive reasonable screening by personable receptionists. No ridiculous waits or complex car parking charges. Every single medical practitioner is warm and empathetic. Most importantly non-judgmental and pro-active.
