    I spoke to extremely rude receptionist over the phone. She gets ten out of ten for her Poor manners and lack of listening skills. I think urgent training Is needed in customer service skills.They have signs saying please do not be rude to our staff in the surgery well it works both ways. If there was an alternative surgery I would definitely use it and never return.

    Very hard to get through to anyone on the phone, zero privacy at reception (the whole waiting room hears everything that is said), a scruffy, rambling building and some less than sympathetic staff. If there was another practice in the town, this one would lose the bulk of its patients.
