    Had an appointment for a ultrasound for AAA Had read reviews as this is not my GP practice but they do the ultrasound in this area. I couldn’t fault the service or the staff. The receptionist was polite and helpful and the lady who done my scan was absolutely brilliant, kind and informative.Thank you

    Incompetent and unhelpful staff - still waiting for a prescription ten days after requesting it and simply told to come back another day even though I've run out of the medication.

    What has happened..? Dreadful, Reception at Barnard swing from the few very nice and helpful to so rude surprised the practice tolerates and doesnt address. Accessibility to appointments advice from Practice, go to urgent care. There are some lovely doctors and also very abrupt and rude Doctor. The decline is rapid with little address. Shocked, AE have to accept all patients that cannot get appointments. Very sad. Never do I attend AE and have had too because of this decline in care and service

    Waited less than two weeks for a routine appointment, reception staff always helpful and friendly. The Dr was fabulous, upbeat, professional, understood my concerns and provided prescription, bloods, scans, tests whilst there, hospital appointments arrived within two days - Thank you to the practice and NHS❤️

    When I first registered with this surgery approximately 10 years ago I was very I!pressed with the service they provided. I now feel as if the doctors can't be bothered to help patients and are often very dismissive. Some Receptionists are really helpful others range from can't be bothered to downright rude. Waiting times for appointments are unacceptable. Even when your doctor tells you to make an appointment for 2 weeks time was told to call at 8am next day for a routine appointment.
