I had an excellent experience with online GP care. The consultation was right on time, with no waiting. The doctor provided a clear treatment plan for my acne, and I’m already seeing great results. Highly recommend!

I was really impressed and delighted with the appointment with the doctor on Thursday 20th February at 5,15pm. Well informed on the treatment, the doctor was very helpful and professional, with nice manners, thorough and keen questioning medical issues, and above all, he has asked if I needed an interpreter, which I really appreciate. Need a medication review, given a link to get an appointment, tried every day for 3 weeks and then I dropped off their system. Told to ring in for an on the day appointment had to wait a further 5 days so a total of one month. I needed to have the doses altered on two of my medications So appointment time was appalling.

Such a fantastic practice and a pleasure to be associated with it. The Staff were absolutely lovely, and explained every part of the service I was given here at the surgery and the staff were so polite and friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them. Doctors are very professional and I have always been shown politeness and received excellent treatment and advice from all of the doctors. Thankyou all.

I called at 8 am and I was 3rd in the cue. I had described my symptoms and had an appointment booked within ten minutes. I arrived early and had my appointment early. Appointment was great. Happy to explain things, told me things I didn't know and was very professional as well as pleasant and approachable. Picked up my prescription within ten minutes. All in 1 day. Thank you

In the last few weeks I’ve been seen by my wonderful GP who has known me for over 22 years. She is always a very caring & calm doctor. I trust her implicitly. I’ve also had a blood test done by a very gentle & caring nurse. I always feel listened to & that I’m given time to talk through my problems & concerns. I’ve been with this surgery since 2002 & wouldn’t want to be with any other surgery. Thank you everyone at Banbury Cross Health Centre.

GP was very efficient and thorough with my assessment, explained everything more than once prescribed medication for me and called the next day to ask if I was improving. I was impressed with this GP.

Having tried to book an appointment and ended up in a loop of 'contact your GP, contact 111, contact GP' in late December, I tried again 16.1.25 and gained immediate access to a choice of GPs and appointment times! Apparently they have recruited a number of GPs and it shows. At last the system seems to be working after many yeaes of wauting outside the surgery at 8am in order to be seen on the day; dial at 8am andwait in a phone queue for a lottery on appointments; wait til the following day and repeat the whole fiasco. Banbury population is growing, we need GPs and appointments. Simple.

I had phone called answered via the call back spoke to very polite assistant explained my problem, they were able to provide a solution and appointment that was easy to attend. The doctor was very efficient and helpful with treatment.
