   Today july 4th phoned to find out certain doctor day for phone conversation pressed no 1 for enquiries first hold on nearly 5 mins 2nd time another 5 mins no answer this at 2 20pm can i just walk in and ask?

   Thank you for leaving your review. We are sorry you were not able to get through on the telephone yesterday. We are extremely busy and all of are reception staff are working very hard to answer calls as quickly as possible. Demand is extremely high at the moment. You can come to the surgery at either of our sites and speak to one of the receptionists if you would prefer. Our reception is open from 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday - Friday at Ball Tree Site and from 8.00am - 1.00pm and 2.00pm -6.00pm Monday - Friday at Kingfisher site. Thank you
