Everyone knows the pressure the health care system is under. I hadn’t seen a GP for years and was fearing that it would be impossible to get an appointment. But, I got one in no time, fantastic GP who got me a health check and blood test a few days later, referred me for various issues and has telephoned me three times to keep me updated. Superb service, thank you.

We have recently transferred to Balham Park Surgery. Their service is excellent. Always on time, very efficient and most importantly a very comprehensive and thorough service. An amazing difference from our previous practice of some 30 years.

Firstly, they still haven't brought back ability to book GP appointments online. Or flue vaccinations for over 65s. A disgrace - for a busy household managing multiple health conditions to not be able to book online in this day and age is unfathomable. It seems like an intentional attempt to put up barriers to access services.

I do not write reviews but feel compelled to on this occasion. Last week I found myself in a state and just turned up at the surgery. I was met with compassion and kindness, and felt very looked after and cared for. I have been with the Balham Park for a long time and for me the professionalism and compassion I received reflects my experience of the surgery over 30 years. Thank you and don't change. It is a wonderful surgery

Having recently signed on with this practice I would like to leave a review. Specifically I would like to thank all the team for their exceptional service, care and positive attitude during another wave of covid, which must be very challenging. The breadth of services offered, the excellent customer service and organisation is so good to experience. Feel exceptionally lucky to be in the catchment area for this outstanding practice.
