    Well I was very happy to see that the surgery has a much better way on answering the calls , very helpfull lady managed to help me and was given an appointment to see the nurse as I didn't need the doctor well done Mgs

    For the first time in a very long time of being with the surgery. I rang up and the receptionist couldn't do enough for me. She made sure I was seen by the doctor within a few days and She showed excellent customer service. The Doctor I saw gave me exceptional care and was very thorough with the care he gave me.

    i have visited this practice on numerous occasions, i must say the service i receive via face to face or in an telephone consultation is always brilliant. The staff are always very polite and helpful. i can understand there is a lot of frustration at times when expectations are not met but my message to all of the patients is to be patient and kind to the staff members, we must remember the covid-19 outbreak has caused a lot of disruptions to the nhs health care system, there is a lot of backlog work to be completed, staff members are under a lot of pressure so please take it easy on them. We need more gp's in this surgery though, I have no clue why more gp's have not been recruited but I believe it could be because of limited government funding
