   I moved here from another surgery As I couldn’t ever get through on the phone let alone an appointment. Since being at Baddow surgery I must say I have been on hold but always got to see a Dr or nurse the same day. On one occasion I couldn’t get into the surgery and I had a call back within 2 hours. I can’t praise all the staff enough. Keep doing what your doing 10/10
