Receptionists constantly fail to pass the information to the doctors. They send everyone and always to book online even it is not an appointment related query. That is it what they do. Emails are not forwarded to doctors by them. I mean they do nothing to help. Practice manager is invisible. I never got to speak to her/him despite numerous request by phone and email. Nope and that's it. This is how they treat patients. Very unhappy with the service.

Refused to discuss menopause issues despite me explaining my symptoms and asking for support Claimed they don't deal with this.

This surgery has been awful for the past 2 years. You never get an appointment, the receptionist are awful, they never process repeat prescriptions on time and instead blame the pharmacy have not sent it in. I had to show them proof from the pharmacy on the prescription being sent yet they would not apologies or admit their errors. Last month in January my daughter had a face to face appointment. She was examined by someone who did not even have a thermometer to hand or a torch to check his throat, shocking!

We have implemented some significant changes to how we work over the last year which are designed to improve patient experience. I am very pleased with the service this GP provides. The staff is very helpful and I received an answer to my requests quite quick. I very much appreciate their service.

An amazing Service, fantastic care given to me and my family by the senior partner - even though I did not have an appointment, he immediately fitted me in when he saw my state, and also saw my husband. So both us were seen when we had no appointments. And he spent time with us and ensured we were properly treated. Thank you so Much.

Have visited the surgery twice in the last couple of weeks & as usual the help & service I received from both doctor(s) & staff was exemplary. Been a patient there for several years now & seen different GP’s throughout that time but every time I get the same quality of service. The GP’s provide such excellent care & do everything possible to help. Similarly the other staff, nurses, reception staff etc. are all helpful, courteous & knowledgeable.

I've been with GP for my entire life with no serious issue. When finally need help it's been non existent. They supposedly refer you but never get call backs, four times this has happened. Happening once/twice is understandable but four times isn't. If you want mental health help do not waste your time here, very disappointed and let down.

Dear Jamie, we are sorry that you suffered from a failure of communication. Sometimes, with multiple services involved in care we are dependent on others to contact the patient directly. These contacts cannot be controlled by the practice as the service performance is outside our remit.

I went onto your new triage system Friday 22/7/22 which replaced the eConsult one.( I believe it is now called "accurx"") and find it a much better and simpler system to use ,less questions and easier to answer. (1 am aged 84 )Having completed the form I received an answer/text within minutes which said " Please ring the surgery and book an appointment " Which I did, and was able to book an appointment for Monday 25th July , the next working day, with a Doctor of my choice.!!
