    This is one of the only GP surgeries that although being an NHS facility, I felt like I was treated with the care and support that would only be seen in a private medical practice. I did not have a long wait for my appointment and the staff treated me with the utmost level of care.

    The receptionist, she’s very very very rude If you make a phone call to make an appointment, they send you to make online triage, but if you don’t know English, they don’t care about , and you make a phone call back tell them you don’t know English they say they gonna call you and you may have to wait two or three days and they never call you back. You tell them your condition it’s not very well you have fever, asthma and infection too lungs, I still have four days no answer

    I’m so sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced, and I completely understand how frustrating and upsetting this must be, especially when you're not feeling well. It’s unacceptable that you weren’t given the support you needed, and I sincerely apologize for the poor service you've received. No one should feel dismissed or ignored, especially when dealing with health concerns. our health is our priority, and I truly hope you're able to receive the proper support soon.

    Submitted a non urgent online request, was contacted by dr on same day and given an appt for a few days later. Staff were friendly and helpful and the doctor was great. Would recommend!

    I have had several interactions with the surgery over the past year since I was diagnosed with cancer annd had my baby. The online triage tool was easy to use and I was contacted by the Dr within 24hrs. My concerns were addressed with empathy and efficiency. Everyone has been so helpful - the reception staff, pharmacists, nurses, doctors - thank you for your efforts

    Always a friendly, warm and welcoming practice, the staff are so dedicated, helpful and personable, they listen and really care about their patients which makes all the difference, this is by far the best surgery in the area, i've been a patient at others and Bacon Lanen is by far the best

    Very reassuring, knowledgable and had time for us. Helped us every step of the way. Walk in for flu jab was quick and speedy! The practice always has time to help with any problems.

    Receptionists constantly fail to pass the information to the doctors. They send everyone and always to book online even it is not an appointment related query. That is it what they do. Emails are not forwarded to doctors by them. I mean they do nothing to help. Practice manager is invisible. I never got to speak to her/him despite numerous request by phone and email. Nope and that's it. This is how they treat patients. Very unhappy with the service.
