    Been trying to get somebody into this practice for the past 6 months!!! Been into the practice a few times and was informed that they could not find the registration forms. When in again and they had found the forms and I was informed that the Practice Manager would be in touch with me in a couple of days (nothing). So I have now registered the person involved at another practice, where they was accepted within less than 24 hours!!!

    Sorry to hear about your experience trying to register at Aylesbury surgery we aim to register all patients quickly as possible. The main reason why delays happen are due to incomplete information provided on forms on inability to contact perspective patients with regards to gaining missing information.

    Been waiting since 26.4.22 to be registered as patient. Told on 15.11.22 that they call you 3 times (only) from withheld number to progress it. Then unclear what (if anything) the Practice Manager does with your registration / gms1 form if you didn't answer those 3 calls - which of course is highly likely if you are at work when they call you - and of course being from a withheld number you cannot call back / do not know who called you! This is 3 calls over a space of months remember, not something immediately after you submit registration form. I've rang to complain (twice) between April and November 2022. I've also been down there in person in Sept 2022 to complain and nothing results in a decent service. They clearly just don't "get it". Frankly this is the sort of GP practice that gives them all a bad name. Truly disgusting level of administrative service here. Cannot say what the patient care is like once you have successfully registered, as of course have not been able to get that far!
