1. Review titled a practice stuck in the 80s/90s

   This practice is a struggle, i selected it purely because it is the closest in location and will now move. when you walk in and most records are still paper based then theres an issue, it takes a tremendous amount of time to speak to a receptionist both in person or on the phone. The GPs seem disinterested and there are no digital services. i have only on one occassion had a tel appt with a GP that was so impersonal and rude it brought me to tears. I have on 4 different occasions in the past 10 days alone tried to call to book an appointment, sat on hold for about 30-40mins and not gotten through. I have a full-time job, i have a health condition and am also pregnant and dont feel this bodes well for when i have a baby and need to book urgent appointments.
