Review titled Do not become unwell
Rated 1 star out of 5

Along with others I have experienced the 8:am scramble attempting to see a doctor ending in failure. But today 22/4/2025 my daughter a mother of 2 young children and an asthmatic was late by 3 minutes for an appointment that she previously made 6 weeks before. My daughter requires an inhaler for her asthma but must see a doctor for a referral and a prescription. She explained this to the receptionist but was informed that it was not possible to attend her appointment and must now join in the 8:am scramble. CQC should look under the veneer of this private healthcare provider to understand why local people are unable to see their doctor.

Review titled Incompetent
Rated 1 star out of 5

In the past year my experiences at this practice have included: - Being shouted out by a doctor in front of my three year old child - On two consecutive days waiting over an hour and a half for my appointment, and then not being seen as I had to leave to collect my child from school - Being asked to leave a child’s urine sample over the weekend so it could be sent to be tested on the Monday But today, three minutes late (no car parking spaces available at the practice) I was told I was no longer able to be seen for the appointment I had booked six weeks in advance. An appointment I needed to get a prescription for my inhaler- so that I can breathe.

Review titled Appalling service!
Rated 5 stars out of 5

Impossible to make an appointment by phone - I just end up in a never-ending queue. I can walk into the surgery at 8am and make an appointment to see a GP but I've ended up seeing a nurse because "we have no doctors on site". My notes are still not updated after my review 2 months ago so I still can't order meds without walking into the surgery. Reception staff can be surly and unhelpful. I've been told they're busy even when the waiting room is completely empty (it's rare to see more than a few people in there). Some staff come across as very untrustworthy as they're wearing masks and so are following a false narrative and not science (see the latest Cochrane report). It's obvious that Aspiro puts profit before patients.
