    6 weekly newborn & mother check - questions were answered with the word, ‘probably’ for the majority of questions asked. No examination for mother despite reporting pain (later resulted in prescribed medication at an alternative practice as moved practice after repeated poor service). Told if another condition continued for over a year, then come back ( other practice offered medication which cleared condition up in 3 days for baby). Another appointment they booked for mother, when we turned up they said the exam couldn’t be done for a further 3 weeks. Advised baby had a temperature and asked if it could be checked whilst we were there, told ‘no we have scheduled appointments.’ No empathy or compassion or duty of care shown by receptionists. Advised I was not happy with the service shown to a newborn and the receptionist became defensive and began being abusive and insulting to me. When trying to speak to another receptionist, she said she couldn’t hear me, I spoke louder then she told me not to raise my voice. Poor customer service, incompetence when booking appointments, lack compassion and care in a job role that requires those basic skills and quality. Asked on 4 separate days for practice manager to call me as not available when I asked for them. No one returned my call.

    I have had terrible attitudes from the receptionists at the surgery the way they speak to you is disgusting they show no care or empathy,they tell you to call at 12.30 for an emergency appointment and then if you call 2 minutes early say they can't help you are too early so you have to call and when you do they say too late nothing left that is just a terrible way to treat anyone and especially when that person has explained what going on and what they need I think all of the current receptionists there need to be trained again on how to treat people the customer service is disgusting the treatment of people is disgusting and I have to say unfortunately this used to be a lovely little doctors surgery to go to but now its like all the rest no proper care ,empathy or interest

    Reception staff unfriendly. Group of staff members giggling and chatting in the admin office with the door open. Radio on playing naff music. Lack of continuity 3 appointments (1 telephone) different GP each time. Didn’t get back to me with feedback from specialist. Poor admin/follow-up. Basically not bothered, inefficient.

    After sudden hearing loss in 1 ear with no injuries or reason after trying to secure any appointments over 4 week period can only have an emergency on the day times 8 am or 12pm spent each day for a week calling at specified times no appointments after barely 5 mins after 8 or 12 I eventually got a scan after trying the 3 ear drops antibiotics etc can you then get a scan The scan results have been in practice approx 2 weeks after calling twice to ask both times the dr hasn’t read the results yet. I am astonished and very concerned that important treatment required for people is being delayed which can be detrimental to people’s health previous owners would never treat people this way where is your patient care

    I had appointment booked in for Today 24.06.2022 at 13.30 whent in as always 15 min early with my 6 month old and toddler and they told me that i have phone appointment,they send me text reminder message that i have appointment on practis no info was told or sent that its going to be phone appointment,so they waste my time and my money to come to practis ,they are making fun of patients,and still no phone call after 30 min of waiting
