Rated 1 star out of 5

Despite continual phone calls and logging on to e consult over the last week have been unable to contact the surgery. No appointments available on line and a phone call queue of 40 plus.

  3. Review titled Impossible to get an appointment

Rated 1 star out of 5

On numerous occasions over last weeks have tried to get an appointment. Phone is engaged phone message try later option message does not work and just cycles back to suggested options whichever option is selected call back option does not work call back option when working does not offer an appointment only the option to try online service or call again tomorrow online service just suggests call your GP Each occasion for attempted to get an appointment, more than 100 call attempts. On single occasion that a 'clinician' was available the medication prescribed was inappropriate and outside useful time to take for my condition, medication had to be disposed of unused Not fit for purpose seems to be a deliberate policy to deny patients access to doctor I have not been able to get an appointment in over 16 months Despite numerous complaints as is clear here, the situation has not improved and there appears to be no patient redress for this appalling service.

  4. Review titled Competent, professional and caring

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Was treated with respect and kindness. After 3 months of A& E visits . Many phone calls and numerous courses of antibiotics. On Thursday 05.01.2023 I saw one of your doctors at St Sephens who diagnosed what the problem was. A week later I am a lot better. In the long I believe he has saved my life. He was the oppitomy of the NHS.

This must be the worst surgery I have ever delt with I called every day for 3 weeks and every day was told there was not any appointments available although I have heart complaint all they the receptionist keeps saying is if you think you have an emergency go to A and E Absalutly the worst surgery I have ever been with so if I was you I would in my opinion give this surgery a wide berth no help what so ever all you get is sorry all the appointments have gone !!!!

  6. Review titled Massive issues for patients handling

Rated 1 star out of 5

The past few months have been very disappointing. A year long treatment interrupted because suddenly the prescribing team felt like it (not life threatening ). Getting a child to be seen went from a difficult task to a complete impossibility. The surgery cannot manage the volume of patients they have, yet still allow more to be enrolled. The surgery cannot triage the calls at all. Why is there a receptionist? They make bold claims for the opened hours on their sites, which I have never found to be matched with reality. I would like to know how many patients are seen by each GP per day. As for the GP, I have been less and less impressed as the years went by. We are leaving this surgery because the quality of care is just not acceptable anymore.

  8. Review titled Used to be good

Rated 1 star out of 5

I was very happy with this practice when I first moved to Ashford. However, post pandemic, it is impossible to get an appointment tobseenyour GP. Haven't been able to get an appointment for nearly a year now for any of my family. Regularly end up using out of hours doctors or William Harvey urgent care as its the only way I can get to see a GP

  10. Review titled Terrible service

Rated 1 star out of 5

Almost impossible to get an appointment. Phoned , number 19 in the queue. Waited 1 hr 5 mins to get through......no appointments available. Lack of receptionists / phone lines is disgraceful and probably due to the practice being tight with money If they were a limited company ,they'd go bust tomorrow.
