We aim to offer the highest level of care to all our patients, and we are glad we have achieved this and appreciate your feedback. We are working on improving the ease of making an appointment with better phone service and recruiting more Specialised Clinicians to free up appointment slots with our General Practitioners.

how many people can say that their doctors surgery the staff were so sad when they'd heard my test results had come back with the worst. One of the staff members came and gave me a re-assuring hug and drove me home just so I got hope safely. That is some real one on one special treatment. I'm a stronger believer if your good to people they are always good back.

Have some tests done at this surgery and they can’t even ring you with results. You then have to ring and keep ringing just to get an appointment to discuss the results. What is the point of having tests when they can’t get back to you. No pre bookable appointments which makes it difficult when you work long hours doing shift work. So much for improving this surgery.
