I moved into the area 3 months ago. I keep going to the artsian health centre on grange road to register with a doctor. They keep changing the days when someone is actually there. I am disabled and cant walk far and they keep telling me to go to decimer street which i can not walk that far. Again i have been there today after being told last week thursday that a receptionist will be there this week monday.tuesday and wednesday morning. Once again i go there and surprise no one is there again. This is very unprofessional

I was asked to make an appointment about cardiac medication and the response when I rang up to make an appointment was, Listen bro all the appointments are full up.

After 1 hour of waiting on the phone they give me phone appointment with out asking me if i won't it I was in real need to see the GP face to face I was in really situation I couldn't even move if someone is seek he need to see the doctor face to face not to chat with him on the phone he need to see you touch you examine you that wat someone seek need not to chat

When contacting the practice for an appointment patients are now offered the choice of a face to face or a telephone consultation with the clinician.
