I attended the practice this morning with my little girl in an emergency appointment slot. The GP was so lovely with my daughter and so thorough with us! As a health professional we often dismiss this as doing our jobs. In the current climate it’s lovely to be on the receiving end of this kind of care and I’d like her to know it’s noticed and appreciated!!

Friendly ,caring ,understanding ,helpful staff The practice has a spacious waiting room ,your greeted by reception staff behind the desk Like the personal touch when the Doctor comes to the waiting room to walk you into there consulting room The Domestic cleaners do a wonderful job of keeping the practice clean Thanks to all at Arden House Medical Practice

Brilliant practice. I can always get an appointment with a GP. The online services are absolutely spot on and quick to respond, so well done to the admin team. All GPs are friendly and approachable. Even throughout COVID measures, this surgury was still seeing patients via phone but also face to face if required. I felt compared to other surgeries arden house kept on providing support to patients at time we all felt most vulnerable. They also have fantastic sign posting to other services and will provide information via text message. I'm tech savy so I love this communication option, its efficient and convenient. Well done Arden house team

Reception staff friendly, GP who listened to my concerns and was responsive. Booked on the day I needed it within a week Excellent service
