    I am not able to bend the knuckle on my left middle finger. I saw a practitioner and was told I had trigger finger and they ordered an x-ray. I had the x-ray done the next day and had to wait 2 weeks to get the results. They did not contact me, I contacted them right after Easter holiday. I was told the x-ray was normal and no further action was needed..... I still cannot move my knuckle. They said its all normal. All this time I'm off work not earning and after 2 weeks of waiting I'm right back where I started. They are not care professionals, They don't care at all.

    So you have to call at 8:15 when they open for an emergency appointment… called 11 times and can’t even join the queue to speak to anyone it just says they are busy and cuts you off and try again later ! When you eventually get through hours later to the team saying no appointments available you have to call at 8:15!! Yes I did call and couldn’t get through !! To be then told we’ll go to the urgent care centre or the hospital !!!! Extremely disappointed with this practice !

    Replying to your request for feedback on your service. On Monday 20th October, I left in your front box my repeat prescription request, which included both your prescription forms and a printed sheet giving all the details of the request. During the week beginning Monday 24th October I contacted you by phone on a few occasions to enquire if the prescription was ready to collect, each time to be told that it was not ready for collection at that time. Eventually I was told my prescription was ready to be collected on Monday 31st October, and I arrived at Apple Tree to collect it and asked at the same time if my wife’s prescription was also ready for collection (It had been posted into your outside box on Tuesday 25th October) only to be told that it was not ready yet (this is after 4 working days). Fortunately, your Dispenser overheard the conversation and managed to complete it for me whilst I waited. I left thinking what a messed-up system needs totally sorting out but happy and relieved that I had my and my wife’s medicine’s. On reaching home you may be surprised to hear that on opening the package containing my medicines it contained only half the required quantities that I had requested, but even more surprising was the addition of two items that had not even been ordered namely a container for safely disposing of sharps and a packet of Blood Glucose test strips. I really am looking forward to receiving and being able to read your explanation for this total disruption but I doubt if you will be letting me have that.
