    I booked a telephone appointment and was sent a text telling me I had booked an in person appointment. So I went to the surgery on the day only to be told it was a telephone appointment and then to be told it was my fault and in fact if I looked at the previous text that told me it was a telephone appointment and I was at fault for chosen booking method. Absolutely disgusting arrogance and blameshifting. Mix ups happen but don’t blame the patients.

    waited 12 days for triage phonecall after blood test , time of call came and went absolutely ridiculous
