    Partners, salaried docs and nurses great. Receptionists patient and kind. Internet systems for patients rather clunky so roll-on the day that ordering repeat prescriptions online works without needing to complete e-consult or phoning a few days before. Ridiculous that caps for general practitioner and internet systems can't be used in reviews like this. All that private investment and outsourcing of bits of NHS not working.

    I wish to commend the receptionists. Last week I gave a letter requesting medications as I am going away. She read the letter and immediately transcribed it onto the computer. This expedited matters and I am grateful. The ladies on the reception desk are always efficient and courteous in dealing with patients.

    I have been a patient at the practice for 35 years and now my son is too. I just wanted to say how incredible the practice is; both the GPs and reception staff go above and beyond. My family and I have been looked after so well all of these years. We get appointments and referrals so fast Everybody is so caring, compassionate and truly help you and look after you. So so grateful.

    GP listened to all my points and addressed each with care. I felt at ease and in way rushed. After the appointment she messaged me twice with follow-up information. I must also add Reception are always kind and helpful.

    this is a busy practice however I don't feel rushed or not thought of. All staff reception and medical are friendly and approachable. they care about their patients and the local community

    My wife was ill, in distress. We called surgery at 8am. Duty doctor called back and summoned ambulance. Paramedics were excellent, spoke to GP. GP prescribed and arranged blood tests. Wife did blood tests and saw duty docotor next day. Superb care. Now recovering.

    I have been registered with the Amwell Practice for several years. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Always easy to see or speak to a GP if you need to for advice or treatment, I don't feel rushed and leave feeling like I have been listened to. Very happy that myself and my family are registered there.

    Today I had an appointment with a GP to call and they did not complete the call before the precinct closed this evening for the weekend. I contacted them multiple times and they said they would call but did not follow through. Further, when I tried to contact them via email since the telephone line was closed, I received an automatic email response saying that emails were not being checked and I should file an eConsult, but the eConsult service is also closed for them! So there is no way to contact. This is unacceptable.

    Dear patient, I am so sorry to hear this, it sounds like a really frustrating experience. I have just been through the entire appointments book for June 23rd and can't see a missed call. I would really like to speak to your regarding your experience, and also to help address the issue you were originally requesting the call back for.     I have been a patient at this practice for c. 40 years. Despite the doom and gloom around about our struggling NHS, you would not know it if you are a patient with the Amwell Group Practice! In Nairoji Street standards have been maintained and the ethos of offering patients a ‘family doctor’ is still in place... That said, if there is an emergency you can have quick access to any doctor, and I have always been treated by whoever I have seen with concern and expertise. The receptionists are helpful and informed – in fact more than that: the whole Practice goes the extra mile in being proactively helpful and efficient. I could not ask for more. Sally
