very good communication, Was given appointment over phone then asked to come in. Dr was very friendly and welcoming.litsened attentively and gave us very good patient care.

I rang the practice to ask about registering as a carer for a relative and was told I needed to collect a form from the practice. When I went to collect the form I was told my relative needed to write a letter which they did. When I took the letter told and asked if it could be recorded on my record that I am a carer. I was told this does not happen at this practice and is only recorded on the care for patient record. Is this the truth as numeral carers and nhs websites say you should have this recorded on your own gp record.

We had an appointment with a doctor and he prescribed medication however this wasn't sent to the pharmacy. It’s been 5days now and when I contacted the gp reception I was told that dr james conole did not prescribe anything? How is that even possible when I even asked the doctor if I could pick the medication up straight away! Unbelievable!

My last consultation at the practice (yesterday) was a pleasure. Both reception staff and the Doctor were very helpful and professional. Both were very concerned to make sure that my immediate concerns were fully addressed to my satisfaction. Based upon this experience I can't recommend them more highly!

I was in desperate need of help with a prescription problem and the operations manager got back to me within a couple of hours and resolved my issue quickly and calmly and eased my anxiety instantly. Thank you so much Operation Manager!

When I have ordered a repeat prescription for myself or family members, sometimes decide to decline an item without informing the patient. Which means the person usually have to order the item again and by this to time the patient has none of the prescribed medication left. Which causes problems if the pharmacy does not have the item.

The Doctor a spoke today was really helpful and I can’t thank him enough. Today's experience proved to me that when you need help there are nice professionals who will use that appointment slot to listen carefully and provide support that I need. Thank you

Had phone consult and then invited in to see doctor within a few days. Doctor dealt with all my queries and arranged tests for me. It was good to be dealt with so quickly by a friendly and reassuring doctor. Reception staff also very pleasant. Very satisfied with my visit.

Gp displayed very good communication skills. Gp was reassuring and clear with all the information. Gp kindly booked my blood test and gave me the necessary forms.
