    Following a 111 call and a call to reception, I was given a same day consultation with a lovely doctor who listened to all my independent and not necessarily linked symptoms. She diagnosed Shingles, which I had mistakenly thought was a reaction to the antibiotics given for a UTI. Unfortunately, I lost a whole 24 hours because of a disappointing phone consultation the day before. Despite all the information I had given reception and previously given 111, (as my e-consult concluded that I needed to see a GP), this doctor had clearly failed to read my notes. I had to repeat the whole scenario again, feeling exhausted and in pain. I believe she failed to ask the right questions which would have saved me a day of painful, undiagnosed Shingles. Instead, I was given steroid cream and antihistamines following an unsympathetic and non thorough phone call. I do wish to balance this disappointing experience with the mainly exemplary service I have received by reception, doctors and nurse practitioners alike.

    Recently swapped from another practice, I cannot recommend highly enough this practice and Tunnel Road. All staff are friendly and helpful and I have received an outstanding service since swapping, one of my ongoing issues was resolved with an econsult, telephone call, appointment and prescription within 24 hours ! unbelievable. Thank you to everyone who works here and the management team, every experience I've had with them has been a positive one.
