    I phoned this morning about a confusion in trying to sort an appointment for my husband. The receptionist was so patient and compassionate about the problem and recontacted the doctor for us. It was a desperately needed bit of empathy in a period of mental health trials. I wish I had asked her name, I hope you can find out from my details and thank her.

    I had to change GP office unexpectedly and went into reception. The lady was so helpful, kind, and understanding. She set me up with appointment within the week and sent me email next morning. Felt very cared for, very grateful for quick attention.

    I have had the benefit of the amazing support of a young GP who is soon leaving the practice for pastures new, but has been so warm and approachable, supporting my family with ongoing health issues during difficult and challenging times, often going way beyond the call of duty. I will miss his empathy and caring approach, my son and I have felt very well looked after in his care. I also want to add that the reception, admin and e-consul staff have also been fantastic, very supportive and getting matters resolved, often working in the face of adversity in these challenging times. Thank you so much. You make a difference.

    Did an e-Consult this afternoon. Practice rang within two hours offering an appointment with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner twenty minutes later. Clear plan made for medication to deal with the issue, and instructions about what to do if medication doesn’t help. Thank you.

    E consult at 08.30, GP thorough phone consultation at 10am and picked up prescription later that day. Faster than an appointment and so relieved to be able to start medication immediately. Many thanks to all.

    I completed an econsult at the end of the working day and a GP responded before 9.30am the following morning prescribing me appropriate treatment. I didn't need to take time off work for an appointment and it was dealt with effectively and efficiently. Very good.

    I was in pain due to a urinary infection and the 2 members of reception staff I spoke to were very kind and helpful. I successfully was referred to a doctor and got a prescription.

    I want to cancel my GP appt for Tuesday 15th November. I have spent 50 mins on the phone to try to do this in the afternoon and this morning when I phoned it said I was number 30+ so I gave up. Please cancel the appointment. There is no option available to do this online.
