Happy with my consultation. Awaiting on an x-ray from the local hospital. A treatmemt plan can be put in place by my GP once we have the results.

I called the practice in the morning and requested a telephone appointment with my GP. Having explained my medical condition I was put on the doctor‘s roster for afternoon calls. This resulted in my being invited to attend a face to face meeting that same evening. The very next morning I was contacted in order to arrange a blood test and told to expect a call concerning an ultrasound test. I was impressed with this efficiency. Throughout I received a sympathetic ear from my GP including a follow up call to find out how I was. She patiently answered my many questions.

All members of practice were efficient but also friendly Doctor nurse and receptionist worked together to organise emergency tests

My telephone appointment was dealt with very efficiently and in a very caring and helpful manner.The reason for my enquiry was not in any way urgent as I was only enquiring when I should arrange a blood test but was treated with excellent understanding.

Caring, attentive and kind. The doctor made me feel very relaxed even though I felt unwell. Also seen on the same day I phone the surgery. Very impressed indeed.

Ive always had such a great experience with this surgery. Friendly receptionists. Able to get same day appointment for my poorly child. Saw the nurse practitioner who was just amazing putting my daughters nerves and ease, and diagnosing so efficiently.

I would like to thank Dr F and staff for the care my husband received. He was seen within hours on the 27th December. Another phone appointment received the same day. He ordered an X-ray which was done within three days. He received the results the next day. Amazing

I would like to say a massive thank you to the staff at Amherst who have been so accommodating to me and all of my children. I have been so impressed with their attentiveness and help in extremely busy times and under pressure. Thank you to the doctors nurses and support staff who do a brilliant job.

This practice is simply amazing. I called the day after Christmas as my elderly father needed some advice and he had a same day appointment - even when the practice is running on light staffing, like between Christmas and New Year it still delivers the unbelievable service that it offers all year round. My heartfelt thanks to everyone there for being the medical practice that everyone may aspire to being but they actually achieve, day in day out.
