    I have been trying to get an appointment to speak/see a GP and can never seem to get one before 3 or 4 weeks. I think it is not right if you need to see a GP urgently and have to wait that long I should not have to go private for medical help. Please bring back the online appointments booking system where patients who work can get appointments. I am very dissapointed with this surgery.

    I have just spent over an hour trying to make an appointment online. It takes ages to navigate, I was sent all over the place, at one time I got connected to the wrong pages on a private company's website that promoted and sold their system, screens came up with text on top of text so it was almost impossible to read and answer the questions, I agreed to have selfcare info and got connected to another company's website that was difficult to navigate, promoted itself and asked me to create an account. I logged back to a different AskNHS avatar requesting an appointment, answered lots of questions and, as requested I described all my symptoms and then finally the avatar said there were no appointments and quickly said "Goodbye". My browser crashed.
