    Zero regard for anyone. They never answer the phone no matter what time of day you ring, making appointments impossible. Often they just take it off the hook entirely. Went in to the reception in person and was talked to like I was dirt on their shoe. I’ve had ongoing medical problems and had to seek private care because I couldn’t physically even get through to having a first appointment. Utterly ridiculous to call themselves a practice when they don’t seem to bother seeing patients.

    I've recently had cause for concern relating to a medical problem. I was asked to send some photos of the condition using a secure link to be reviewed by the GP. I was invited to a face-to-face appointment at the end of the next day to consider medical priorities. This was a far better response than expected. A member of the surgery team was present during the examination and the GP was in full protective clothing given the current levels of risk of infection. The GP was friendly, courteous, professional and reassuring. He treated me with dignity and respect. This is consistent with my previous encounters over the years with this GP and surgery.

    Fortunately I have not had the cause to see the doctor regularly for the 4 years I have been with the practice. My use of their services is mainly for my repeat prescription which when requested is never issued to the pharmacy on time resulting in me at the eleventh hour trying to get my medication. The surgery blame the pharmacy, but having tried different chemists on other occasions they all blame this surgery, it seem to be their process of signing by the doctor is breaking down.I appreciate they are busy but a simple request should be managed much better.
