Having had numerous bad experiences at my previous GP practice after 50 years of being there i decided to change surgery. I was very apprehensive about doing this but so glad I did. From the welcoming receptionist to the nurse that simply said hello to seeing the doctor was a breath of fresh air. Very professional & welcoming. My doctor listened & had clearly read my notes. He was very professional & understood what i was saying & treated me with respect. He gave a modern approach. I did not feel rushed or like I was over reacting. Would highly recommend

I have always found all staff polite and accommodating as far as is possible, the volume of patients does make it hard to get an appointment, but they do their best it's a classic case once again of the NHS being under pressure, overall it's a good practice.
