Saturday 7th november 2023 my husband and I had our covid jab, very organized clinic and nurses and receptionists with smiley faces...it all helps:) Thank you staff for having to come in on a Saturday morning much appreciated.

I have always had good service here. The vaccination process is very slick and on time. Appointments had a bad patch through lockdown but where did not? I have had face to face and phone appointments and regular blood tests automatically arranged. Bearing in mind teh vast increase in the population around due to house building I am amazed that new patients can be registered.

Attended today after receiving a text message this morning to get a covid injection. Straight in and out, no waiting and a nice friendly service. A great service.

Crazy appointment system. On the phone for over 1 hour each time we call the surgery to be told no telephone appointments. Tried to book by walking in and told to call up on the day. They tell you to go to A&E or Urgent care, how does this help the NHS?? I wouldn't recommend as its almost impossible to get an appointment here.

My wife and I attended for flu and pneumonia jabs this morning.There was a stream of people attending for the same reason.All the staff were smiling and helpful and doing their best to make the aged attendees feel calm.All was under control with people moving efficiently from room to room.

Attended the Flu Clinic on Saturday morning. It was really well organised with two receptionists and no waiting. Really nice welcome , in and out in under five minutes. Well done.

Very quick and efficient. Took my elderly neighbours (95 & 96) too who are both very unsteady on their feet and I spoke with a receptionist who said it would be no trouble to get a nurse to go outside and give them their injections in the car. Brilliant and so kind.

Had flu and pneumonia injection on Saturday it was very well organised. There was a steady flow of people moving along very quickly. Well Done
