You will never get an appointment at this GP. They tell you to call at 8 am but don't pickup the phone. If you tufn up in person before 8 am, they tell you there no appointment left for the day when they haven't even started giving appointments. If you're lucky to get one the doctor will call whenever they feel like calling. They don't even keep up with the approximate time they say they will call. You basically need a couple if days off from everything like job, kids and using toilet to be able to speak to them. Absolutely horrendous. They're accepting new patients. Please don't register with them.

  2. Review titled Awful Practice

So to book anything you have to call at 8 a.m. Sometimes they might not even answer. After 9 a.m. it's pointless no one will answer or there will be no vacancies. If you go in person you're lucky to find someone at the desk. If you do they have no idea about anything, have access to nothing and just redirect you to book via phone call. If you manage to book anything they will likely not book the correct thing. The time you book it for will be completely ignored. Want a phone appointment in the afternoon? Sure just wait a month for the next available slot. The day comes and they call in the morning because ''your appointment is roughly when'' (according to them 9 a.m is roughly afternoon if you really squint at it or do a handstand). If you manage to do a test through them and happen to get results... sorry but they are for the wrong thing! Time to do everything from the start! No point in asking what went wrong because they don't know. Just make sure you have around 24 hours of the day available for them to call you for 5 minutes whenever they feel like for your ''scheduled'' appointment. If you have a busy job they'll just say it's up to you to talk with your superiors to give you the time for your appointment. Just casually take a 25 hour break to be on the safe side. Don't want to miss that call! Since you can only average 1 appointment every 2 months with their schedules. If you happen to have results for anything don't worry the person at the desk has no access to them or the person that calls doesn't even work there so for sure they don't have them as well. So don't go to this practice. It's a joke to the NHS and to any health care system. Trust me you will regret.
