This surgery is a Joke, Calling to get an appointment is impossible 30 minutes of waiting in a que to be told by a machine I am sorry we couldn't connect your call then you call back to be back at the back of the que and get nowhere. When you do eventually speak to a receptionist they're rude and tell you to go to a&e When the doctors call you it's hard to understand most of them on the phone. Avoid this practice

Reception job should be improved by a lot. It is not possible to make appointments as we are being told to call 8am in morning but there really answering phone. When a Persian calls in even for emergencies or with a message from doctor to contact urgently, receptionist can’t make appointments as there is never spaces left and next availability will be like 3 weeks after! Me and my family are always suffering from problems to get hold on phone calls and appointments to see doctor, I really don’t feel like suggesting this surgery to anyone. Very unhelpful and unprofessional receptionist work at this GP

Call system for booking appointments is overstretched and not functional. Callback system for que placing not functional. Booking GP appointments feels impossible at this practice. Some reception (not all) staff are rude, and I am often told conflicting information by different receptionists. This practice does not designate GPs to patients, so there is very little person centred care/holistic care as they do not get to know their patients.
