   Wonderful experiences with dedicated doctors especially the doctor i saw who was very professional and ensured no stone was left unturned from e-consult to follow up appointments.

2. Review titled Refused to see temporary patient

   As per NHS guidelines, if you are visiting from another country, you can register with a GP as a temporary patient if GP services are needed. My mother is visiting me from oversees and needs to see a doctor and not only was the GP office unaware of what to do in this instance, I was told that they will not see temporary patients. It wasn't because of availability, but rather because they don't know how to deal with it.

   Hi, Sorry to see the comment. Please note I have discussed with few staff so far, nobody able to recall the telephone call. In general, we don't refuse if we have any bookable free slots available on the day. If we can't help, we always sign post to the Urgent Care Centre (UCC), who may be able to help. thank you Practice Manager PS: Our practice postcode is SE18 3PS. There are few other practices with identical name.
