I have been a patient at Albrighton for 4 years. The service they provide is just fantastic. Throughout the pandemic if necessary we were seen face to face. I have always been able to get an appointment. On one occasion I rang at 3.00pm on a Friday, as I was feeling very unwell, a Dr rang me, I had an appointment at 4.20 pm and was prescribed antibiotics. The online service they provide works well for booking appointments and repeat prescriptions and accessing my medical records. I hear so many complaints about other GP practices I consider my self very fortunate to be a patient at this practice, where all the staff are amazing.

My family and myself have been with this practice for many years and cannot praise the doctors and nurses enough We have always managed to see a doctor at short notice even if the problems have not been classed as urgent Through the last 2 difficult years we were still able to get telephone appointments and face to face consultations if required Yes, there is sometimes a wait when phoning but this is not surprising due to the pressure they have been under
