As I work in a doctors, I completely understand and emphasise with the pressure the reception staff go through. I always find them to be welcoming, efficient and friendly. I do suffer from anxiety and always feel reassured and calmer when speaking to them. I cannot understand the negative reviews. Thank you.

Absolutely disgusting practise . Saying I wasn't even booked in even though I had the message of the gp . Then they had a go at a lady for wearing a mask because they couldn't hear her and told her to take it of there's no guildines in place receptionist are horrible

Just want say what great job you do, trying to accommodate all the people do, I have always ask if they can help me, and they try best that’s good enough for me. Well Done😁👍

Trying to reach the surgery all morning. After 2 hour I walked to the surgery to put in a prescription. I mentioned I'd tried to phone and received an eye roll and a "phones are down" with a 'can't be bothered' tone. We are told to be polite to staff how about the other way? Is it OK for staff to be rude?
